 TurnTool Version 2.0 Released A brand new version of the TurnToolBox sees the light of day and has an equally new TurnTool Viewer to go along with it. The most significant addition in this version is the long awaited graphical user interface. Now you can configure your TurnTool scenes in the convenient utility panels right in your modeling program using your mouse. The simplicity of the interface will eliminate the syntax errors and illegal parameter combinations of the past.

The TurnTool features are all fully documented in the TurnTool Manual Martin Architectural Lights the Way Martin Architectural has chosen the TurnTool technology to visualize their Alien02 product in 3D. The Alien02 visualization has been developed by 3PART-Media in close cooperation with TurnTool ApS. This visualization illustrates the Alien02 product, an advanced Color Changer. Landscape Planning with TurnTool A visualization of the upcoming highway from Søften to Skødstrup has been made for the County of Aarhus. Real time 3D is a very useful tool when projecting constructions of this magnitude. The countryside surrounding the highway is made from actual scanned data and aerial photography and one of the leading consulting companies of Denmark, Rambøll, has carried out most of the modeling work. This visualization is targeting users with a GeForce 4 graphics card, nevertheless you should get an acceptable frame rate with any 32-megabyte graphics card. Danish makers of hearing aids has indeed opened their eyes to the future. As they have shown, TurnTool is an excellent tool for interactive product manuals. Stories will concern things of interest to the general public, such as space stations on collision course with downtown Copenhagen and the likes.
